ORDER INFORMATION
Ordering from our company is easy. Please
follow the guidelines below when sending us
your order information.
Send an
email
Please provide the following in your email:
Your name and telephone number
Company name
Billing and shipping addresses
Item number(s) of the product(s) you like
Colors to be used for the design. Include
PMS color numbers if required.
Include
your artwork
Attach your artwork to the email above.
All artwork should be high-resolution vector
format. We prefer .ai files or .eps files.
The artwork should have a print area larger
than the face of the clock.
We will respond with a Quote
After receiving your email, we will respond
with a quotation that includes freight. We
usually ship using FedEx or UPS ground
service. We can also ship using your FedEx
or UPS number. If you are located in Canada,
we also ship using your Purolator account.
All orders
are prepaid
Payment is due before we start production of
your order. We accept VISA, MasterCard,
AMEX, PayPal, direct deposit, wire transfer
and company check. If you would like to pay
by credit card, please complete our Credit
Card Authorization Form. All your credit
information is kept private and not shared
with any outside company. Since all orders
are customized, we cannot accept returns.
Naturally, we will replace any products
found to be defective. You must alert us
within 10 days from receiving the goods. We
always double-check every order before
leaving our warehouse. Therefore, we very
rarely encounter returns. We want you to be
happy when you receive your order. Feel free
